If you choose single occupancy, you may select your room after your deposit is received; we will reach out by email to confirm your choice. If you choose double occupancy and are bringing a roommate, you may also select a specific room once both you and your roommate are registered for the immersion and deposits have been received; we will reach out by email to confirm your room choice and the name of your roommate. If you choose double occupancy and need a roommate, you may select a price category but not a specific room—after your deposit is received, we will contact you by email to confirm pairing and final pricing.
